About / The person behind the work
An engineer’s curiosity.
A founder’s responsibility.
I’m Sanjay Nanda N J, founder of Coreframe Technologies and a former BlackRock engineer. I work across enterprise AI, software architecture and hands-on product development.
My perspective
Architecture is a practical discipline.
My work connects technical decisions with the people who depend on them: how a team finds information, how an operator completes a workflow, and how a system behaves when something goes wrong.
At BlackRock, I worked on enterprise applications, modernization, internal tooling and data-intensive workflows. That experience informs how I approach reliability, access control and the realities of maintaining software.
Through Coreframe, I focus on enterprise AI implementation and software engineering. Alongside product work on MarginX and ORCA, I’m exploring inspectable agent governance through Custos.
